Mr. Albanese has a BS degree from Rider University and studied at Lehigh University Graduate School, George Washington University and the New York Institute Finance. He served as a member of the Rider University Board of Trustees. Mr. Albanese was an Intelligence Agent at the Pentagon with an FBI Top Secret Clearance. He has served as a consullant to AgraTech since its inception.
Rudolph A. de Tiege
Mr. de Tiege brings over twenty-five years of ex1ensive financial, operational and manufacturing experience from a broad range of industries using his many talents of organization, strategic planning and product development while implementing and executing corporate programs and systems. His experience has been with the oldest national supermarket chain in North America, the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea company, Inc., as the divisional controller for the Southern Region with a $500M budget, as general manager and business manager for a national beverage distribution and manufacturing company and as general manager/controller for a seafood processor that pioneered many unique products and packaging techniques that proved to be innovating to the industry.
Joel Bumgardner, Ph.D.
Dr. Joel Bumgardner is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Memphis. His research has focused primarily on metals and metal alloys as dental implant materials, and his work has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and presented at professional conferences. He has also authored several book chapters.
Recently, he has explored the use of chitosan as a biomaterial. Dr. Bumgardner and his colleagues have been awarded a grant to study chitosan use in biomedical, biosensor and nanotechnology applications. He also has a grant application pending to study chitosan as a biobased implant coating. His work with chitosan has been published in the Journal of Biomaterials Science: Polymer Edition, and he has co-authored a chapter in !:!!gpolymer Methods in Tissue Engineering on chitosan use as a scaffold for cartilage tissue engineering. His work on chitosan has been presented at a variety of conferences, including the ]'h World Biomaterials Congress in Sydney, Australia in May 2004.
Dr. Bumgardner collaborated with Dr. Joseph Bristow to obtain chitosan from shrimp shells for use in his chitosan studies.
Dr. Bumgardner earned a BS degree in Biology at Florida State University, and earned a BS in Materials Engineering, a MS in Biomedical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Dean A. Berman, D.0., R.Ph.
Dr. Berman has worked as an emergency medicine physician in northern New Jersey for 9 years. He is ABEM board-certified in Emergency Medicine and has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular accidents. He is the assistant medical director of the Saint Clare's Health System Stroke Program as well as a member of the pharmacy and therapeutics committee. He is also a guest lecturer for the paramedic refresher course.
During his emergency medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, he conducted research that was pUblished in The Journal of Emergency Medicine, one of the leading emergency medicine journals. He also presented this research at a SAEM national conference.
Prior to graduating from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine, he was employed as a retail pharmacist and was an assistant manager. Dr. Berman graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy with highest honors. He maintains his NJ physician license as well as his pharmacist license.
Dr. Berman is also the founder and CEO of Waterloo Real Estate LLC, a real estate investment company with holdings in Atlantic City, NJ.
Daniel Walsh
For over thirty years, Daniel Walsh has performed successfully as an executive encompassing the multitude of corporate activities ranging into the billions of dollars, inclUding domestic and international operations, procurement, logistics, claims analysis and dispute resolution and the inauguration of training of departmental management teams in the field. His expertise and knowledge covers the breadth of creating a grass roots international supply chain/distribution organization to re-engineering and re-organizing entire multi-billion dollar corporations. Dan has also been successful in the competitive consultant arena and the corporate executive world holding positions in start up companies to global multi-hundred-billion dollar organizations. Dan has also performed as client representative, interim executive and corporate director in this arena.
Bruno R. Stockinger, DDS
Dr. Stockinger maintains a private practice in Hackensack, NJ, providing all phases of general dentistry and anesthesia. In addition, his office has a strong focus on prosthetic and implant dentistry as well as oral and maxillofacial reconstruction. Following COT Board certification in dental technology, he earned his DDS degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and then went on to a hospital-based General Practice Residency at Hackensack Medical Center where he is now a Clinical Attending dentist.
Ronald M. Diello, Ed.D.
Dr. Diello has been an educator in the New Jersey Public School System where he served as Teacher, Coordinator, Acting Director of RD&E and Acting School Board Secretary/Business Administrator. He has also worked as an independent consultant to school systems and as a consultant and writer for educational publishers. As a Senior Business Analyst, Dr. Diello led a technical writing group at Transamerica Financial Systems and Concepts. At GettylTexaco, he published a comprehensive user guide for a warehouse inventory system located in the Petroleum Neutral Zone. He received his BA in Elementary Education from Paterson State College, his MA in Elementary Education from William Paterson College, his M.Ed, specialiZing in reading from William Paterson University and his Ed.D. from Columbia University, specializing in mathematics education. He has been assisting AgraTech in the updating of its business plan as well as the creation of other documents, such as news releases and shareholder publications.
